Our crew arrives 2+ hours prior for full testing and coordination with City staff on any AV elements, like presentations or Zoom callers. If no installed AV system exists, we set up a temporary system with cameras, mics, TVs, speakers, and even satellite internet as needed.
The show goes smooth, with PTZ camera operation, video switching, audio mixing, and presentation and videoconference support.
Optional backup services keep an archived copy of the meeting on our servers and distribute to archival facilities, including DVD archival and cloud delivery or incorporation into your PEG channel schedule.
